How do I care for my Ava’Ell Noire garments?
To ensure your garments stay as beautiful as the day you received them, please follow the instructions on the care tag inside your garment. This tag can be found on the inner left seam of your garment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours at help@avaell-noire.com with your order
number. If your order has already been processed, we will be happy to assist
you through our standard return process once your item has been delivered.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We start processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Because of this, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed.
How often do you restock items?
Some of our most-loved styles may be restocked based on customer demand, while others may be retired to make room for new collections. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter or following us on Instagram to stay updated on restocks and new arrivals.
Can I combine multiple discount codes or promotions?
Our system allows one discount code or promotional offer per order. We kindly ask that you select the offer that works best for you at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
What if my package is missing or lost?
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is in the care of USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or you didn’t receive your package within the estimated delivery time frame, we recommend you file a claim with USPS.
While Ava’Ell Noire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist you and will do our best to help

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We sincerely apologize for any damaged or defective item you received. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@avaell-noire.com with your order
number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Our team will review
the issue and provide a resolution.
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds at this time. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward your next
Ava’Ell purchase.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@avaell-noire.com with your order
number and reason for return. Our customers care team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you can return your original purchase for store credit and place a new order using that credit.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that items marked final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holiday). During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
We currently offer standard shipping within the U.S., with estimated delivery times between 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey right to your door.
Do you offer express or international shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard domestic shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Be sure to join our mailing list to stay updated on new shipping services as they become available.
